HHS Pandemic Flu Plan

The HHS leads the federal pandemic preparedness response. It "provides guidance for the national, state, and local policy makers, and health departments. The goal is for all involved to achieve a state of readiness and quick response." The US will work with the World Health Organization and other international partners to achieve this goal.

Swine Flu Alert

Swine flu information can be found at the sites below. If you have symptoms or have been exposed, seek medical attention.

Today the number of KNOWN identified cases of swine flu in the US is at 20. "CDC has NOT recommended that people avoid travel at this time."
